Speaker: Michael V. Rovere received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management / Managerial Economics at Carnegie-Mellon University, and a law degree from Cornell University. He practiced law in the area of commercial litigation with major law firms located in Chicago, Illinois and Orange County, California. He has also practiced law on his own assisting small business clients, inventors and entrepreneurs.After practicing law, Mr. Rovere shifted his focus to various business ventures and became involved in the fields of product development, inventing and design. After moving to California, he founded 10 Foot Line Products which supplied product to the country’s largest volleyball catalog distributor. He has invented, developed and licensed several products in a wide range of fields, and he has assisted many independent inventors. Mr. Rovere has also been hired as an outside consultant to assist with the design and development of sporting goods and athletic training products. He is co-inventor/designer of three fitness products that have been successfully licensed to direct response companies with the aim of having the products launched via television infomercials. He is now devoting the majority of his time to the field of product development and to assisting inventors and entrepreneurs.
Registration starts at 7:00 P.M. and the seminar starts at 7:30 P.M. and lasts about 90 minutes. Refreshments are served in the lobby at 9:00 P.M. where you can network with other inventors. Door fees are $10 for non-members and $5 for members. Parking is free.
From I-405—exit Fairview Rd. and drive south to Merrimac Way. Turn right and drive to Lot E (5th driveway on the right). Walk to the front of the Lewis Center (large brick building). The Science Lecture Hall is just across from the Lewis Center main entrance.
From I-55 southbound—exit right onto Fair Drive westbound. At third traffic light, make a right onto Fairview Road northbound, at Merrimac Street westbound make a left turn and go to Parking Lot E.
