I like to forward this information to all, there is an event hosted by Global Innovation Policy Center, said event title is the Subject of this post.

Congressman Lou Correa (Santa Ana District) is to be there, he is on the Federal Judicial Committee of IP.  

Since inventors are getting batter pretty bad with the PTAB,  said Congressman does comprise of means to draft legislation to remedy the situation. 

So if we can sound off on this matter or any other issues that you think is pertinent please utilize the opportunity.

I did call his office and mentioned without a Grass Root representation (ie. us) in this event it will be like a provisional,  lack of claim.
