Open Meeting

We know this is Valentine's Day... celebrate with someone you love by learning how to follow your dream and get it off the ground with crowdfunding.

Based in Southern California, the new CrowdLocal crowdfunding platform is helping inventors, artists, and other innovators raise funds for their projects.  Dennis is the founder of CrowdLocal and will be talking about the requirements for posting your project and how to run a successful campaign.

Kina deSantis is Founder of MotorMood, a local startup creating a unique auto emoticon system.  She will be discussing what you need to do to grow your product's audience and prepare your campaign.

Cynthia Kirkeby of Startupmanship.com will also be on hand to give you some resources to help you craft your crowdfunding campaign.

Inventors Forum holds 10 regular open lecture meetings (February through November)

FEE: Door fees are $5 for members and $10 for non-member. You can join at the door if you like. Please, no large denomination bills
