    There is a website that you may be able to explore and see if anyone is willing and can assist you with you project.

    The website is called eLance and their weblink is (http://www.elance.com).

    I've known a few people who've used the services of some people there and they were happy with the outcome.  Do your research and good luck finding a CAD designer.
